We stay focused on sustainable catch as much as possible, and we’re excited to help educate the public on the merits of properly farmed fish. We have also outfitted our property with items that are largely reclaimed, repurposed or recycled. What is Sustainable Seafood?

It’s pretty clear that our oceans are in trouble. The world’s fish stocks are disappearing due to over fishing and bad harvesting practices. Sustainable seafood comes from fishing practices that allow a depleted or threatened fish population to recover to healthy levels. It also prevents healthy fish populations from becoming depleted.
